Third, fourth and fifth graders love to be creative, and will love to write about a vacation in a fun way. Teach or refresh your writer’s about friendly letters. Student’s can pick from the 9 locations and research what they may do or see there. They will then write out a postcard telling of their travels.
INCLUDED INSIDE:
- 9 postcards with the wonders of the world, and 1 BLANK postcard. Students can write a friendly letter on the back of the card and decorate. Once completed, post this activity around the classroom room, on a bulletin board, or to show parents.
- Travel brochure -students can write about up to 6 days of travel. They can research interesting facts about the location they visit, popular sayings, and activities near they visit.
