Find the Text Evidence Practice

Use this prove your answer activity resource to help upper elementary (3rd, 4th & 5th grade) students find text evidence and practice being text detectives.

This reading strategy activity includes how-to posters, bookmarks, post-it note templates, blank jot pages, practice passages, and finding the text evidence sentence starters.

This activity is low-prep and includes everything needed to show students how to use text evidence to prove their thinking using what the words say when they read.
