Two versions available – The first set contains more text features, fonts, and clip art. The other version has minimal fonts and clip art which may be helpful for a student with reading accommodations or who gets distracted easily. Both of the sets contain the same reading information.

Give the students in the classroom one of the passages to practice independently while you pull small groups of readers to work on other reading skills. The digital version is great to have set up in a center to incorporate technology. If parents are asking for additional reading practice, email them one of the links so that their child can practice reading at home. Each passage is perfect to have students read during tutorials and review how to use reading strategies.

There is no prep work for the teacher. Just print the page and have students enjoy reading while practicing different reading skills.
