Use this back to school information sheet to help students gather important details that they will need for the school year. This student and parent packet is available in a printable or 2 different digital options.
The Inside information contains:
- Teacher Information – homeroom and other teachers names/subjects
- School Information- School name, mascot, colors, spirit day
- Transportation information- How student is getting to school and home
- Schedule – Start and end time, lunch time & important events
- Communication home & homework – How do notes go home? Does anything need to be signed, homework information
- Other important info – Lunch number, library number, email, etc.
This product can be printed and completed by the student on the first weeks of school, printed and completed from home, or the teacher can email to a student or parent.
This product can be used for any aged elementary or middle school student.
